To secure your appointment, we require a £60 non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, the booking fee will be retained. This helps cover administration, communication, appointment preparation, and the loss of booking availability.
Please note that this booking fee is not a deposit and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions
-One stamp is given per qualifying appointment.
-On the 5th visit, clients receive 25% off wax or lash treatments.
-If choosing a higher-end treatment on the 5th visit, the loyalty reward will be 10% off instead. Higher-end treatments include microblading, anti-wrinkle treatments, plasma fibroblast, lip filler, cheek filler, and any injectable treatments.
-Loyalty cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-The salon reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time.
New Client Voucher
-The £60 new client voucher is valid for the following treatments only:
Microblading, 1.1ml Lip Filler, and Plasma Fibroblast.
-The voucher cannot be used for 0.5ml lip filler treatments.
-The voucher is not valid for the following treatments:
Botox, Fat Dissolving, LVL, Waxing, or Brow Lamination, mesotheraly
-This offer is exclusive to new clients only.
The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be -used in conjunction with any other offer.
