A non-refundable booking fee of £___ is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This fee covers administration, communication, client record setup, schedule management, appointment preparation and the loss of allocated booking availability prior to your session.
The booking fee is a separate charge for the work listed above and is not a deposit.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment of the booking fee confirms acceptance of our policies and terms at the time of booking.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment without sufficient notice of 48hrs, the booking fee will not be refunded or transferred. This is because the administrative work and schedule management has already taken place prior to the appointment.
